SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio Northwest at The RIM

This hotel is a must if you need a place in the area. You recieve free passes to the Lifetime Fitness next door that apparently is AMAZING. We didn’t have time to go, but will plan to come back & spend a day using their services. The rooms were so clean, sheets & all were great besides the bed… but after 30 all beds but your own hurt. Iris at the front desk was a dream host! She was so pleasant, had such a great personality, conversation, smile & made my kids feel welcome! She needs a raise, promotion, recognition or something! We will definitely come back for all these reasons, but she made our stay memorable for all. Oh, breakfast is wonderful as well as the hotel’s location!

AMAZING STAY at SpringHill Suites Marriott!! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed—but the real MVP was Nathan at the front desk! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were taken care of. His kindness and professionalism made such a difference in our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming- everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving while visiting friends. Comfortable rooms for a good night sleep. Great free breakfast (there's an ihop nearby if you wake up late).

Stayed here for a work trip. ***Look at the address and zoom in on 'the rim'. Your girl went to the other hotel named almost the same thing and panicked. They are also like 2 mins from each other. So much room to move around! I do wish they provided lotion in the rooms but otherwise amazing! Great breakfast bar with options for all! They even had oakmilk. Front desk people friendly and warm. There is a pool and gym. Bar downstairs open till 10pm. Recommend.

I stayed here while attending a business conference 15 minutes drive away from the hotel. The wheelchair accessible room with a roll-in shower was the only option available with a king size bed when I arrived late at night. Nevertheless, I was impressed with the thoughtful design features throughout the room (low closet hangers, drapery curtain ring, wide bathroom entry, toliet/shower grab bars). The metal seat is starting to rust in the shower. Common areas are modern, clean and bright. Good breakfast offerings. Adequate onsite gym. The overhead shower was either too hot or too cold (the temperature marking are worn away). I was provided with a wifi cheat card on arrival but forgot about it until I struggled one day to connect. Overall, I would stay here again.

Came out from California to visit family and decided this was a great spot due to the location. It is surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas, which is nice. They had security in the parking lot, as a couple of cars did get broken into during our stay. The hotel lobby was clean, but upon entry, it smelled a little musty. I was set up into an accessible room made for persons with wheel chairs or those who are deaf/hard of hearing. It was extremely spacious. Very clean, very comfortable. However, with kids, this was a nightmare. The accessible room does not have a bathtub or shower door, just a curtain.So when we showered, the water flowed out of the shower area like crazy. This was a hazard. I notified the front desk, and we were moved the next afternoon. Overall....The staff was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. Would stay here again.

Good location. Tara, check-in attendant was efficient and personable. Breakfast was good. The shower needs to be revealed to prevent leaks and wet floor. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
